Main Responsibilities:
- Assessment of adult patients with neurological impairments
- Consulting regarding identified communication and/or feeding problems
- Providing appropriate recommendations for the patient, family members, or other relevant institutions
- Participating in the development of a post-assessment rehabilitation plan
- Maintaining clinical documentation
- Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients
- Educating patients and their family members on the development of various skills, including speech and feeding abilities
- Participating in ongoing professional learning and development
Qualifications:
- Relevant higher education (Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred)
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
- Fluent communication in Georgian and Russian; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Knowledge of speech and feeding disorders associated with neurological conditions
- Ability to provide support and show empathy
- Effective communication – active listening, understanding, and building trust
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Flexibility and ability to work independently
- Self-regulation and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Planning and organizational skills
- Strong written communication skills
