On October 16, in Tbilisi, at the Ken Volker clinic, the conference "Rao Rao? - I can communicate" was held. Main topic: 1. Alternative and augmentative communication and 2. Rett syndrome October is awareness month for these two topics. In order to celebrate this, a week about Rett's syndrome and means of communication is being held in Georgia. They share their experience with us - Gerna Scholte, a language and speech therapist from the Netherlands, Hanneke Borst, a physical therapist, Kitty van der Werff, a special teacher, Kitty van der Werff, the president of the Dutch parents' association, Marielle van der Berg, an orthopedic surgeon. The training is multidisciplinary - specialists from different fields work in a small group within the training. As a result, specialists acquire skills that they will use with children. ბავშვთა რეაბილიტაციის სფეროში მომუშავე ფიზიკურ თერაპევტთა საყურადღებოდ! კენ ვოლკერის სახელობის სამედიცინო რეაბილიტაციის საუნივერსიტეტო კლინიკა თბილისის სახელმწიფო სამედიცინო უნივერსიტეტთან თანამშრომლობით ატარებს კვალიფიკაციის ამაღლების პოსტდიპლომურ სასწავლო კურსს სახელწოდებით: "ფიზიკური რეაბილიტაციის უნარ-ჩვევების განვითარება პედიატრიულ პრაქტიკაში" სწავლება ჩატარდება კენ ვოლკერის კლინიკის ბაზაზე. კურსის ხანგრძლივობაა 3,5 თვე (2021 წლის 20 სექტემბრიდან 2022 წლის 20 მარტამდე) კვირაში სამი დღე (ორშაბათი, ოთხშაბათი, პარასკევი) 10:00-დან 16:00 სთ-მდე. დამსწრეთა რაოდენობა შეზღუდულია და სწავლების დაწყებამდე კანდიდატებთან ჩატარდება ინდივიდუალური გასაუბრება. კურსის წარმატებით დახურვის შემთხვევაში გაიცემა სერტიფიკატი. სწავლება ფასიანია და შეადგენს 1600 ლარს. დაინტერესებულმა პირებმა გთხოვთ მოგვწეროთ შემდეგ მეილზე: hr@kwclinic.ge სათაურის ველში გთხოვთ, მიუთითოთ შემდეგი ტექსტი: "ტრენინგზე დასწრების მსურველი" აუცილებლად დაურთეთ უმაღლესი განათლების დამადასტურებელი დოკუმენტი (დიპლომი).

Mental health rehabilitation through psychotherapeutic methods

"Ken Walker University Medical Rehabilitation Clinic" conducts training entitled:  Mental health rehabilitation through psychotherapeutic methods  The training will be led by Nino Menagarishvili, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, doctor of medicine.  During the epidemic, the training will be conducted online, and after the announcement of the end of the epidemic, the training will continue on the basis of the "Ken Walker Clinic".  The course starts on December 19 and ends on March 13.  The course will be held every Saturday from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.
