The job description of the Rehabilitation Club Coordinator includes administrative, organizational, and social responsibilities. Their main goal is to create a safe, active, and dignified environment for the center’s users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

** Organization of the club’s daily operations: supervision of work schedules, meals, and logistics.
** Team coordination: managing the work of support staff.
** Activity planning: assessing user interests and organizing cultural, educational, and recreational events necessary for physical and mental health.
** Communication with families: maintaining constant contact with users’ family members or legal representatives.
** Internal collaboration: communication with rehabilitation coordinators and department heads within the clinic.
** Documentation: maintaining attendance records and preparing program reports.

Qualification Requirements:

** Work experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
** Knowledge of office programs (Excel knowledge is a priority);
** Knowledge of foreign languages will be considered an advantage;

Working schedule: full-time – Monday to Friday – 08:00–17:00.
